All communications (email, phone calls, and conference calls) will enable a smooth and respectful planning and performing of the wedding ceremony. I'm happy to offer a meet and greet if the time and distance allow.
Official paperwork filled out and forwarded to the Provincial Offices for legal purposes,
are included in the fees listed below:

Signing Only $300.00

Signing with ring exchange $325.00

Officiant required to stay during ceremony
e.g friend or relative officiating $350.00

Starting fees - Ceremony (including signing)

Standard - Opening remarks, vows & ring exchange, wishes, pronouncement

Traditional - Opening remarks, reading & prayers, vow & ring exchange, pronouncement

Naming Ceremonies Starting at $325.00

Parking fees may be added if no public parking is available.
Travelling expenses may be added if the ceremony and/or planning meetings are 50 KM from Officiant’s location.
This can be discussed at any time.

Stamped envelopes will no longer be provided by the Province. AEIC weddings will incur the cost of regular mail. Given the fact we cannot assume liability for lost mail by Canada Post, we offer our couples the option of having their license sent by registered mail. Although no extra charges will apply to the officials time, it is the responsibility of the couple to pay the $20.00 cost of registration.
